Payment Terms

For Project-Based Packages: 

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure production dates. 

For projects lasting 8 weeks or longer, the remaining balance will be divided into two payments:

• 25% midway through the project (at the halfway point), and 
• 25% upon delivery of the final edited videos.

All invoices are due within 7 calendar days of receipt. Late payments will incur a $75 late fee. If payment remains outstanding for more than 10 calendar days, project delivery will be delayed, and no new edits or content will be released until the balance is paid in full. 

For Monthly Packages:

Monthly payments are due on the 1st of each month. 

Payments not received by the 10th of the month will incur a $75 late fee.

If payment is not received by the 15th of the month, services will be paused and subject to termination, with the remaining balance for that month due in full. 

Reactivation of service may require an additional deposit or prepayment before work resumes.
