School Growth and Engagement Session (60mins)

A focused one-on-one consulting session designed for school leaders seeking expert guidance on enrollment growth, family engagement, community outreach, grassroots organizing, Community Task Force (CTF) development, storytelling, and recruitment strategy.

During this session, we'll assess your school's current challenges and opportunities, identify practical solutions, and develop a customized action plan to help you strengthen community trust, increase visibility, and drive enrollment. You'll leave with clear, actionable recommendations tailored to your school's unique goals and needs.

Consultation Policy & Disclaimer

The School Growth Strategy Session fee of $150 is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, you may reschedule once at no additional charge, provided notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.

Clients who fail to attend a scheduled session without notice ("no-show") or who request to reschedule less than 24 hours before the appointment will be required to pay a $25 rescheduling fee before a new session can be booked.
