What This Phase Supports

This 6 month phase is where schools:

• Move from early awareness to active community engagement
• Expand and strengthen the Community Task Force
• Identify and develop parent leaders
• Demonstrate clear, authentic family demand to authorizers
• Finalize facility plans and begin preparing for tours
• Build momentum around key milestones such as: Location announcements Lottery messaging Informational sessions

• Strategic Planning & Oversight
• Community Task Force Development
• Parent-Led Outreach & Engagement
• Storytelling & Social Media Visibility

Training Included

• Charter School 101 and Increasing Visibility on Social Media (if not previously completed)
• Tabling 101 (refresher or advanced application)
• Ongoing leadership coaching for parent advocates
