With a keen understanding of the challenges many parents face, Pelleo has designed innovative programs that bridge the gap between schools and families, providing personalized school-matching services and hands-on consulting to school leaders. In addition to guiding strategic development and community partnerships, Pelleo spearheads the digital content creation for the “It’s Your Girl PLO” platform, showcasing quality schools to make educational options more accessible to families. As a first-generation Black woman entrepreneur, Pelleo’s lived experience enriches her work, driving her passion to make meaningful, lasting changes in education. Having already helped establish six charter schools and matched hundreds of families with the right school for their children, Pelleo continues to empower both families and school leaders to work together in building stronger, more connected communities.
